How do I access the modules and content?
Upon enrollment, you should have received an email with account log-in information. Please check your spam or junk folder for this email. If you still don’t have it, send us an email to support@everydayseminary.com and our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.
Can I pause my account?
We don’t have a pause option, but you can cancel your account. The downfall to this is that you will have to wait until the next open enrollment to join and you may have to join at a higher subscription rate.
If I desire to cancel my membership, how do I go about that?
If you desire to cancel your account, please immediately contact us at support@everydayseminary.com. We will respond within 48 business hours, usually much sooner than that. Please note that your membership is not cancelled by removing your card on file or unsubscribing to the email list. You must send us an email and receive confirmation of your membership cancellation.
Can you reset my password?
Of course. Send us an email to support@everydayseminary.com and we will be happy to send you a password reset link. You can also click the “forgot password” button on the log-in page to reset your password.
How do I update my payment information?
To update your payment information please email support@everydayseminary.com and we will be happy to send you a link to update your payment information. Once updated, let them know so they can make sure you have the correct card on file.
I am not receiving any of the emails. What should I do?
First, make sure you check your spam/junk folder. Sometimes our emails go there. Second, be sure that you add our email address to your contacts. Last, send us an email so that we can verify you’re subscribed and have confirmed your email address.
I never received my Challenge workbook, how do I get it?
If you paid for and did not receive the Challenge workbook, first check your spam/junk folder for any emails from us. If it isn’t found there, send an email to support@everydayseminary.com with your full name and the email address you purchased with so we can verify your purchase and send it to you.
