How long does it take to be accepted into the Everyday Seminary Members Only Facebook community?
The amount of time it takes to be accepted into the Facebook community is dependent on how many people have requested to join. Our Everyday Seminary Community Management Team does its best to accept them as quickly as possible. To make sure you get in, be sure to answer the required entry questions, otherwise, your request to join may be denied.

Why did my Facebook post not get approved/deleted?
We strive to maintain a safe, encouraging, and focused Facebook Community. There are several reasons why a post is not approved or was deleted.

Make sure your post:

  • Is Kind & Courteous
  • Does NOT include Hate Speech or Bullying
  • Is Focused on Current Content
  • Follows Photo Guidelines (no selfies allowed)
  • Videos Align with the Challenge Mission
  • Does NOT include Promotions or Spam
  • Is NOT tagging another person
  • Isn't Advertising Affiliate Groups
  • Isn't Asking Specific Questions (Contact our customer service team at support@everydayseminary.com if you have a question or are running into any issues.)
  • Isn't of Lives (Please do not go live in the group or share live videos in the group.)

If your post meets these guidelines, our community management team will approve it. If you think your post was deleted in error, please try posting again. Please be mindful that the Customer Service team is unable to see the exact reason your post was not approved or was deleted, as our online community management team handles posts in the Facebook group.

I think I was removed from the Facebook community?
No worries, if you’re an active member, send your join request in and we will approve it. To speed up the process, send us an email after you have submitted your request. Make sure that you answer all of the entry questions to avoid your request being deleted/denied.
