How do I sign up for Everyday Seminary?
To sign up for Everyday Seminary, you will need to enroll during our enrollment periods. Make sure you are on our email list and following our social media platforms to be updated when enrollment is open. Not sure if you’re on the email list, send us an email to support@everydayseminary.com.

How long is the membership?
Everyday Seminary has a 90-day cohort model and can be completed in 3 months. After you’ve graduated, we invite you to join Everyday Seminary +.

What is the refund policy?
All purchases and transactions are final. As the products made available are intangible, there is a strict no-refund and no-cancelation policy. These products are not transferrable to any other product, service, or person.

All installments of the 3-Pay payment plan are expected to be completed in full. Once all three payments are made, you will have access to the course forever.

To update your payment information, please contact Everyday Seminary’s Customer Service Team at support@everydayseminary.com. We are not available to take requests via phone or Facebook, nor do our individual team members and community managers respond to customer service requests.

We reserve the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Everyday Seminary Membership (Yearly 1-Pay):
Yearly Memberships: Yearly 1-Pay membership payments are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of original purchase. Any refund request after the 14 day period will not be granted for any reason.

Yearly 3-Pay Membership: Yearly payment plan members are able to upgrade or downgrade their membership within the 14 day refund window. Following the initial payment plan purchase requests to upgrade or downgrade will not be granted if 14 days have passed. If you decide to cancel before the second or third installment of the payment plan is processed and the 14 day refund window has passed, you will not receive a refund on any installment that has already been processed and you will lose immediate access after the current billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund on any installment, for any reason, after the 14-day refund period has ended.

Digital Products: All transactions for digital products are deemed “used” after download or opening, and are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. If you do not receive the digital product link or download upon purchasing, you can immediately contact support@everydayseminary.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible. Please include your full name and email address with your payment details.

Please note: Once your cancellation and/or refund request is accepted and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from a member of the Customer Service Team. Any access to online material will be removed and any future billing for the product will be cancelled.

Can I receive a refund on the challenge workbook?
The sale of any digital products (i.e., workbooks, worksheets, ebooks, etc.) are final. No returns or refunds will be granted for any reason. If you have any issues, please contact customer support at support@everydayseminary.com

How soon will I see my refund in my account?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account. This does not include weekends or holidays.

How does the monthly membership/subscription work?
Monthly membership is only available for Everyday Seminary+ students who have completed the 90-day cohort (this membership is not available yet). As a monthly subscriber, your payment is auto-drafted from the card on file every month on the initial payment date until you cancel your membership or after 3-4 unsuccessful payment attempts.

Can I change my auto-draft payment date?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to change your payment date. Your membership payment will automatically auto-draft on the date of the initial payment.

How does the Annual 3-Pay membership/subscription work?
With the Annual 3-Pay membership, your account is charged the time you enroll and the following two months on the exact same date. Your payment will be auto-drafted for the same amount on the same day each month, for 3 months.

If you decide to cancel your Annual 3-Pay membership after the 14-day refund period, you will not receive a refund, nor will you be able to access coursework content if you have not completed your 3-Pay cycle.

I want to upgrade to an Annual membership, how do I do so?
To upgrade from your membership, send us an email to support@everydayseminary.com and we can send you a link to upgrade your membership. After 14-days of your initial payment, you will no longer be able to upgrade your membership.

Can I make my next installment payment or next month membership payment in advance?
We are unable to process payments early. All payments are auto-drafted if not an annual plan.

I’m an Annual 3-Pay Member, can I pay off my second or third payment early?
No. Please do not use any link or sales page to pay off your balance early. If you do so, it will create a second membership. We are also not notified when this happens, so you would be charged a total of 6 times for a 3-Pay membership if you attempt to make your payments early. Please email us at support@everydayseminary.com if you have any questions.

Everyday Seminary enrollment is closed, now what?
No worries! Although we are not taking students at this time, feel free to join our waitlist. Once you have joined the waitlist, you will be notified of announcements for the next enrollment period. Visit [INSERT JOIN WAITLIST WEBSITE LINK] to sign up for the waitlist.

When will I receive my bonuses?
Bonuses will be released to you in 14 days following your purchase. You will receive an email notification and a link to download your bonuses at that time. Please note that if you cancel your membership within the 14-day refund period, you will not receive access to any bonus materials.
